I wonder if the massage is pushing substances the wrong way - up into the brain

rather down from it? If so perhaps its contributing to the blockage?

& nbsp;

Its interesting if I do too many upper body/neck stretches - and it & nbsp;doesnt

take many - & nbsp;I get night sweats - something weird is going on up there.

I don't do well with showers and have noticed it has gotten worse as

get oldr, but anyway I am now writing about your cranial sacral

comment. I have a neck injury that relates in to my cfs at times and I

found over the years that mild cs or myofascial work has been magical,

HOWEVER it can also be dangerous for me, hard to believe such gentle

work can hurt so bad but if I let someone do a full thorough session

of cs and allow better flow up thru the neck, I can get horrible pain

that painkillers dont even get rid of for days or weeks. One theory is

that because have narrow neck canal is perhaps the increased flow

creates too much pressure thus pain. maybe its increased toxin release

too.
