Xyrem - any experience with ME and FM?

Hi to everyone,

I noticed in our local London, UK newspaper that one of the hospitals is doing a

trial in the drug

Xyrem. Does anyone have any experience in this for M.E. and FM?

I've done a search through the archives and come across some comments from Dr's

Klimas and

Englander.

I've had M.E. for over 20 years and been diagnosed with FM for about 6 after a

serious road

traffic accident. Sleep has always been a problem. I wake un-refreshed. However,

I am able to

sleep and remain asleep if I follow my natural rhythm and sleep late - still

wake up feeling like

I've been hit by a truck though.

Any personal experiences welcome.
