--- Have you tried hydoxycobalamin B12 for brain fog? this is one of

the things that help me alot with that.

The methylation/glutathione protocol is what has helped me the most

with my symptoms.

Your symptoms sound alot like mine. I have mainly cognitive problems,

with fatigue, but fatigue is not as severe as it used to be.

With the methylation/glutathione protocol i have had good

improvements. i can drive again, communicate better. But i have

setbacks and it takes a while to get back to the point i was.

Ive been wanting to try hydrox b12 injections, hopefully that will

help more

***Yes and with plenty of things, including the use of Cats claw. But

the results have been minimal, apparently not the key to conquering my

CFS symptoms.

recuperation helped my brain fog. I hardly have any brain fog

anymore. I was on it for 1 and half years. Until it started to

cause moore snesitivity to allergerns.

Not a cure all but it helped fog. And the fog stayed away. I

noticed that after many months on it, it increased anxiety some.
