Guest guest
Kanes protocol is similar to Klinghardts. Low carb and high protein with lots of low GI foods and goods fats Ive follwed Kanes approach and gone a little further by adding a Paraiste cleanse and now Im boosting Collagen levels - 2 areas that they seem to have missed. Regards CS? Re: The Kane protocol Liz, I've read with great interest this thread about the Kane protocol and your experience with it. I hope you're still getting good results with it! My new doctor has asked me to start the protocol. I'm already taking tons of pills, so I don't mind the additional supplements (at least for now!). I am having trouble with the diet. I've long eaten a relatively low-fat diet and now I'm supposed to start eating butter & full-fat dairy? I started Weight Watchers a couple of months ago and have had success with it; they'd be horrified at the Detoxx diet! So my question is, have you lost weight on the protocol? Do you follow the diet very closely?
