please help --HPV- my sister

I really have no idea about HPV, my 18 yr old sister came from the gynocologist

with a pamflit from Gardasil and the gyno telling my sister that she should get

the vaccine. My sister had been told one year ago that she had HPV since then

had been getting pap smears every six months and showing less and less HPV in

the cervix...

Really i am just looking for any info you may have on the vaccine itself, is it

good for people who have HPV, what can she do to prevent HPV in the future,

---really I know nothing on this subject and feel stuck because I want the best

for her without her putting herself in more danger.

I will give her he info anyone can give me.
