For those that may have thought I've come across harshly these past couple days,

I want to let you know an experiment I've tried.

After reading the latest study regarding Vitamin D and the Flu, I decided to

try it. I got myself Vitamin D pills. The story works like this. I have been

taking them for 1 month now. My child stays with my parents 2 days out of the

week (in lieu of day care). My father got the flu (no shot). When I learned of

that, I took him over 2 weeks supply of vitamin D pillds. He shared them with

my mother. My father got over the flu pretty quick thereafter. My mother got

the flu, though not the extreme my father did (he shared the vitamins with my

mom). I have so far never got the flu.

Lesson learned: TAN! However, NOT with high voltage watts (get your vttamin

D in the winter, albeit, not with HIGH range watts) -take Vitamin D, and when

the sun is out, enjoy it!!!
