Don't have any seasonal allergies myself, so I don't know what they're like. I am trying to take him walking in the sunshine every day now to get some Vitamin D into him, hoping that will help him out. I suppose I could take Vitamin D supplements, but not sure how much to take as a nursing mom. Maybe Ingrid would know. Ingrid?
