A TOP level inquiry has been ordered into the vaccine records scandal

exposed yesterday by The Sun.

Secret documents seen by us revealed the chaos.

Doctors have recorded 60 per cent more jabs on children than should have

been given. Checks showed that thousands were NEVER administered.

But officials are unable to say why so many bogus entries emerged during

moves to transfer medical notes to a central NHS computer.

Records claim kids had THIRTY jabs, instead of 13. Some are shown as having

had NINE jabs in a day.

The inquiry has been ordered by Health Minister Caroline Flint.

She said she was taking our allegations “very seriously”.

The Sun’s insider said: “This has been going on for 20 years. It’s an

absolute scandal.”

Holden, of the British Medical Association, hit back at suggestions

doctors could be fiddling figures to collect target payments.

He said jabs were given in many places, including GP surgeries and schools,

creating room for error.

JODIE Marchant, 14, can’t speak and has severe brain damage and her family

blaming a jab blunder.

Records show Jodie had SEVEN vaccines in a day as a tot.

Parents Bill and Pat, of Southampton, had agreed only to the 3-in-1 MMR jab.

Lawyer Doug , trying to get them compensation, said: “We have records

showing seven vaccines were given.”
