Guest guest
Yes, for the most part. The reality that you may be asked to prove your beliefs and produce further documentation is always there, rare though it is. Certainly, where you live plays a role......Anita aheart4family <aheart4family@...> wrote: Is one able to submit a religious waiver at any time even after having a child partially immunized? Guest guest
Doesn't any state have the right to go so far as to take one to court if they have reason to believe the exemption is insincere? Wouldn't they determine the sincerity by asking for further proof?.............Anita Sheri Nakken <vaccineinfo@...> wrote: At 05:07 AM 12/11/2006 -0800, you wrote: >Yes, for the most part. Guest guest
There is a new question style form coming from NYS Ed for new school applicants. My son became a kindergartener this year and I was faced with having to answer the three question form that had to be notorized and approved by the principal. My other two sons were fine with their pre-existing religious exemption forms as they did not switch schools....Anita jjlevi2@... wrote: I live in NY if I were to use religious exemptions how do you prove it with documentation what do you mean by that? Guest guest
Same here. We are in KY. My 2 children were fully vaxed (before I knew better) up through their kindergarten vaxes. We got a religious exemption 5 years ago. No questions were asked. Guest guest
I live in Indiana and they only have a medical and a religious waiver. Here you do not have to show proof (like have a priest, or church leader sign the waiver) but my question is..what if you are of no religion? What do I say when I give the school a religious waiver and they ask what religion I am? I am assuming since my state does not require " proof " I can tell them that it is none of their concern, correct? > > Same here. We are in KY. Guest guest
Yes I did. I have read that many times. I was just curious since I am of no religion if I should state anything differently. I am still unsure what you mean by saying " use their exact words " How do you do that when writing a letter. Shouldnt it say something like: I, my name, parent of, child's name, chose not to vaccinate my child do to religious reasons.?? I guess I am still confused on how I write a waiver using the long, confusing words of the law. > >> > >> Same here. We are in KY.
