Thought Regarding Vaccine Questions from Authorities

I was thinking about this the other night and remembering people's posts about

what they tell authorities about their child's vaccination status.

Could something as simple as this be stated, thereby 1) not lying; 2) not

getting into the vaccine debate and 3) letting it be known up front one is aware

of their state laws.

" My child (such and such) meets the immunization requirements in accordance

with the laws for the state of (whatever state one's in).
