Guest guest Posted December 11, 2006 Report Share Posted December 11, 2006 Not sure what she means Eastern Europe (former USSR countries) in many cases still have rigid vaccine requirements But all of Europe and UK has NO mandatory vaccines except for France ( & possibly Italy though i thought there were changes there) But people don't realize it.
