Cross your fingers At least there is one - Dr. Yazbak - who isn't bought and pocketed by pHARMa (as well as Jackie and the other parent) Hi Media alert - Real Story is a 30 minute current affairs programme which goes out on BBC 1 at 7:30pm, Wednesday. The episode on 18th October is due to cover the UK DoH's new vaccination schedule for babies and infants. Children in the UK will receive 25 separate components by the age of 13 months: 2 mths - diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, hib meningitis and polio + pneumococcal (six components, two needles). 3 mths - diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, hib meningitis and polio + meningitis C (six components, two needles). 4 mths - diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, hib meningitis and polio + pneumococcal + meningitis C (seven components, three needles) 12 mths - hib meningitis and meningitis C (two components, two needles) 13 mths - measles, mumps, rubella + pneumococcal vaccine (four components, two needles). Filming has been going on for a number of weeks and is expected to include interviews with: Sir Liam son, Chief Medical Officer Prof Adam Finn Dr Elliman A representative from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals F Yazbak MD Dr Mansfield A parent of a child damaged after contracting meningitis A parent of a child damaged after the new Prevnar vaccine A parent of a child damaged after MMR + Hib vaccines (me) During filming the producer allowed time to cover many aspects of the vaccine controversy. How much of this will get through the final edit is unknown.
