What part of the body are vaccines injected into?

On another group I am on, I made the statement that vaccines were

injected into the bloodstream, but someone else said that they were

only injected into the muscle or the skin. Do they ever enter the

blood stream? Does anyone have an article that talks about this?

Does it matter where they are injected?
