Guest guest
I was looking at the posts in one of the forums I am on and the mother there said the reason why she chose to vaccinate was because she had family members that had died from Polio and other diseases that were prevelant in the fifties and how she believes that vaccination has wiped out Polio in the US. She went on to say that the local Wal Mart in her area frequently has amish people visiting and that they recently had an outbreak of polio there.... She also said that she was a bit unsure about her decision to vaccinate as one of her friends has a child with autism. Now, I wonder why she chose to " show solidarity " with her family members and praise the polio vaccine but not show any solidarity towards her friends with the autistic child? Fear can indeed be strong! What would parents rather have? A child that has measles and needs bed rest and lots of TLC for about 2 weeks or a child that has asthma, diabetes, life threatening allergies, neurolgical problems, eczema, automimmune disease etc. that need life long suprressive medication, stress for the whole family, missed days at school, risk of being bullied, not being able to take part in certain activities, living in a certain amount of fear and high costs for the NHS and the social services? I know what I would rather have... Ingrid
Guest guest
The thing is vaccines do not cause autism,or any other type of chronic illness.Anything BUT vaccines can be the cause As for the polio outbreak there was none as far as I know. There was a case of an amish girl in medical care that had tests done which revealed she had be exposed to the viruses from the ORAL POLIO VACCINE.That was still big news, but had it been WILD polio there would have been far more of a push to promote vaccines.Ofcourse there was when a student brough measles back from...India I think it was. That caused a big vaccine push. The complications from any disease can be severve if given the right environment.Vaccines tend to cause complications every time, beause that is there nature-to cause the body to react. --------------------------------- Check out the New - Fire up a more powerful email and get things done faster. Surely, we all know on this list that vaccines DO cause autism and many chronic diseases, not in every case but in many of them. There are many other causes of autism and disease of course, but vaccination is a significant one for many chronic ones. After all, this is why we joined the list, for support and to express our views about this happening. > > As for the polio outbreak there was none as far as I know. > Polio is misunderstood a lot, I think, by many people. Edda West from VRAN wrote a very good article about Polio and the true origins of it. Here is the link for it: http://www.vran.org/vaccines/polio/vaccine-pol.htm I believe that Polio is being kept " alive " in the developing world because of the vaccine. And, let's not forget the main difference between the US and countries like India; the US is develped with most people having access to good living conditions and better nutrtion ( at least they should)and in India most people are poor, living in dirty living conditions and no access to nutrtious food to keep their systems strong. This is what kills them plus the vaccines, not Polio. If you improve the living conditions and the food, you don't need vaccines. But tell this to the big pharma companies, they would not make any money from healthy people. Forgive me if I sound disrespectful, maybe I misunderstood your words. As a vaccine injured adult I know all to well that vaccines cause harm,BUT even today, everything other than the vaccines will be blamed to explain issues that arise anytime after vaccination. --------------------------------- Low, Low, Low Rates! Guest guest
Thanks for posting this, Ingrid. I am confused by that statement too and hope to read a response soon. Guest guest
Absolutely, Ingrid! People don't want to be inconvenienced with a temporary illness, though. A friend of mine had a brother with polio in the 50s. He was in the hospital for a week, and came home just fine. There were 5 other kids in the house. No one else came down with it. I've heard that 95% of people with polio don't know it because it caused no symptoms or serious effects. In the other 5% most have the " nonparalytic " form. Makes you wonder how the ones who developed the more serious form (paralytic) were treated. The word " suppression " comes to my mind. Even if they were just treated with pain relievers, that would be enough to cause serious effects in many. Kay *************** > > What would parents rather have?
