If your child has reacted to the Prevnar (Pneumococcal) vaccine, and if a

report was filed with the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS)

especially if your child developed pneumococcal bacteremia or pneumococcal

meningitis following this vaccination, we would like to talk with you
