The traditional diet has a 1:1 ratio.> ken I'd like to know if these food have omega in them lentils, mung beans, other beans, basmati rice, ghee (clarifeid butter), olive oil,green veggies,indian spices perhaps someone could clarify spicifically what a traditional diet is or was. otherwise I feel the statement above has no meaning.
