Just a guess, but if you have a reaction to seeds and nuts, it could be a

salicylate

sensitivity. I bought some hemp oil, am giving it a slow try (and taking some

fish oil a few

times a week) but don't do well on flax...plus have other issues, so I'm

considering a low-

salicylate 'diet''...and will see if things improve...especially this #@**!!
