You don't need high ferritin levels (popular internet myth), just within range is fine. Ferritin is an iron storage, like an extra closet for what you're not using. Many women need an iron supplement, which is why many multiples have 15-18 mg iron. A small amount of iodine 70-150 mcg and selenium 25-70 mcg may help normalize thyroid, overdoing these may cause more problems that it solves. If that doesn't do it, thyroid hormone replacement is a good thing :-), one of the best kinds of meds to ever come down the pike. > I no longer believe that it was the TMG+ Folinic Acid+ >Methyl B12 etc that helped.
