Questions about Transfer Factor herxing

About 5 days ago I started taking Transfer Factor for CMV, Epstein Barr, and

HPV6 (based on

blood tests). I have hopes that it will help because I am having some die-off

response (low

grade fever, headache, flulike symptoms).

My questions are

1) Will it hinder the benefits of the TF if I take ibuprofen to help cope with

the herxing? I'm

pretty uncomfortable and unable to accomplish much. But I don't want to take it

if it reduces

the effectiveness of the treatment.

2) How long does the herxing usually last and are there ways to lessen the

discomfort? I'm

drinking tons of water but other than that I'm not sure what to try.
