the metanx is by prescription, so if you have insurance with

prescription coverage it probably wouldn't be too much trouble talking

your Dr. into prescribing it. Plus you can get a pill splitter and cut

it into quarters to get an approximate dose of what's on the methyl

protocol.

the homocysteine calm isn't exactly the same, it has folinic acid

instead of methylfolate, but the folinic study shows that people

respond to it as well.
