Yes . . . Methylating the mercury helps pull it from the tissues but it can also

redistribute it at the same time especially the fatty brain . . you need

something like chlorella to help absorb the HG and hopefully bind and pull it

out through the stools..Some people may try RLA or ALA if they do not have

issues with the CBS+ snp.

Hi Per,

Yes it is . . Dr. Pimentel who wrote the " A New IBS Solution " does not

recommend probiotics out right either . . and is doing a study of a form of

Bifidus as a possibility to maybe help with Dysbiosis. Not sure if results are

available yet.

I do take probiotics but I do not over do them . . . I now make sure I take 2

grams of Chlorella all at once per doc in between supps and meals to help mop up

any Mercury etc . . . it seems to help some.

Hi,

Interesting article and a possible explanation of why some seem to

get really much worse on probiotics.

Ive also been thinking of possible autoimmunity or herxheimer or

that the probiotics can become food for bad bacteria if there is a

real bad dysbiosis.

A difficult issue for sure.

I had a terrible leaky gut problem, constipation. I could not eat animal

protein for minimum two years. Whenever I had it i was having skin eruptions

at soles of my hands and feet.Started developing B12 deficiency

anemia.Probiotics helped me greatly to get out of this. At this point I

started being able to have some animal protein. Gained some weight. While my

digestive system was getting better and I was gaining weight my neurological

problems increased terribly. I must say that I was also taking

methylcobalamin during that time. So,I am not sure if it was methylcobalamin

or probiotics which made my neurological problems worse.

I was intolerant of chlorella. Would activated charcoal help?

thanks

Thanks ,

BUT, lots of us cannot tolerate Glutathione . . . so I use the chlorella to

mop up the GUT when microbes are destroyed by other means and when probiotics

methylate the HG . .

Remember . . .the CBS+ people usually cannot handle the glutathione including

myself . . causes huge yeast issues, too for some. . . it's a bit of a

catch-22. . . very fine balancing act which is different for most of us. It has

really been trial and error with me and following docs advice many times has

been very dangerous for me . there has been a lot of ups and downs including

wrong advice often.

At this point I am combining lots of Yasko(my own personal version) and going

after my Babesia WA-1 and feeling pretty darn good . . I must say. Methyl B12

shots were a disaster for me causing lots of neuro symptoms for over a year . .

once I stopped and went to hydroxy I am feeling SO much better .Back to walking

a lot and lifting weights again . . tolerating it. Thyroid and adrenal support

has helped a lot, too.

Best wishes,

BUT, chlorella is a notorious failure in this respect. It's probably

good at gut pathway mopping up of HG, but deep tissue stuff like the

brain as happens in many with CFS, no. The good news is it is

glutathione's job to conjugate and remove HG from the body after it

has been grabbed or chelated from tissue.

Sufficient levels of glutathione prevent troublesome redistribution of

chelated mercury and bind it out of the body. I've done aggressive

chelation with high dose DMPS and had no problems because my

glutathione levels I had raised before starting that therapy.
