Hello,

I have a friend in Kansas City who is having mini seizures according to the

neurologist,

and the neurologist is having my friend do this test. Does this sound like

the correct

test to run in this case? He will also be getting an MRI by the way. I

don't know

what would be good advice for his consult with the neurologist after these

tests

in regard to dealing with M. E.

I would like to get your opinions.

Ambulatory EEG (24 to 48 hour test)

This test measures the brain waves via 22 glued-on electrodes, however you

go

about your normal daily business for the next 24 to 48 hours returning at

the end

of that period so the electrodes can be removed.

Thanks,

Du Pre
