Guest guest
Just as there is wisdom in considering all eventualities in signing a vax-delay or decline waiver in any professional office, there is the hornet's nest poker of offering to trade waivers with the professional (individual or group) that wants a signature. If the person offering and his/her group will read through objective findings of peer reviewed and replicated research on adverse reactions, as well as documented and " anecdotal " health histories in any and all forms including video showing the proximity of the child's injury or death to timing and number of shots or particular ones and sign the following waiver, well maybe. The waiver would include the name, title, Social Security (or other identifying number), permanent address of the person and how he/she has standing to offer a professional opinion. It would state the person's unequivocal support for vaccinating every child on whatever schedule is encouraged. Finally, it would have the person signing indicate that he/she feels so strongly about the safety and efficacy of vaccinations for all children that he/she waives all personal and professional immunity for him/herself as well as for heirs. That way, if there is any injury, the parent and child will be fully compensated and the professional has, as is said, put his money where his mouth is: behind vaccines as good for all and not a concern whatsoever of the professional who's pushing the flip side of a vax waiver for educated and concerned parents.. When professionals are willing to trade waivers (no crossed fingers or legal tricks to their wide open accountability), then the playing field takes on something slightly resembling balance.
