: I got a letter from the Health Dept today.

Well I had written before saying I got a letter from the Health Dept. saying

I might be excluded from teaching if I didn't prove I had my mumps shot if

there was a case in the school.

Now today, every teacher in Milwaukee got a form from the Health Dept. that

we were supposed to fill out saying when we got our shots, or the mumps, or

had a titer done. No explaination of where this info was going etc. I

called the teachers union and they said not to sign it yet if I felt

uncomfortable and they'd get back to me. I heard about 6 teachers say they

were going to get more shots to avoid any hastle which is really making me

angry. I had a fit in the office and drew attention to myself. I heard

through the grapevine that some teacher at another school had the mumps and

a pregnant teacher " had " to be vaccinated so everyone's up in arms.
