Guest guest
SAM-e is best takenn on an empty stomach or at best with NOTHING containing amino acids that will compete with receptors sites. Try the 100 mg kind and see how you tolerate it. You may have some mild nausea for a few days, but that will pass and ginger can help that side effect while your body adjusts. SAM-e is very fragile and enteric coated so do not try to split a dose. mjh Posted by: " sb2boys " _sb2boys@... _ (mailto:sb2boys@...?Subject= Re:SAMe--Anyone%20with%20a%20sensitive%20stomach%20tried?) _sb2boys _ (sb2boys) Mon Jan 8, 2007 3:27 pm (PST) Has anyone with a sensitive stomach tried SAMe? I'm hesitant to try it; but, at the same time, it sounds like a good product. Wouldn't it help if you took it with food? Thank you!
