Guest guest
It's very subjective, Pointer. Basically, now, I think I was taking too much and it was overstimulating me. I never followed up, but I imagined it was elevating my bp. It can do that. I felt tense, my scalp felt tight and ached, I was anxious-in a controlled way, usually. It's hard to describe. I kept up with it for a couple of decades 'cause the alternative was worse. Tryptophan seemed to modulate it. (And a couple of people I shared it with at the beginning said it made their hearts race. I never had that, but I stopped recommending it.) Now, having learned from the YAsko people the concept of " a sprinkle, " I rather think it could work a lot better at smaller doses. But I don't use it at all anymore, have MUCH better results with the products from neuroscienceinc.com after submitting to their testing. Adrienne Adrienne: DL-Phenylalanine question? Adrienne you said that DL-phenylalanine was buring your brain, what do you mean? I was considering trying DL-phenylalanine.
