Guest guest
What are you doing? Are you building a database up with (the responses to all of) these questions, or developing a product? Just curious... Guest guest
Hi, Yes, just started taking it about 10 days ago, as part of the Myhill protocol. Previously I had relied on red meat consumption instead, but that obviously wasn't working, and I don't digest red meat well anyway. So I take Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Q10 and D-ribose together three times a day, and had noticeable improvement within days, in terms of energy and clear-headedness. Guest guest
Phil, that's great that these 3 combined are helping you! Do you suppose it may be because they are taken together; so they work synergestically, do you know? I tried L-Carnitine a few years back. Though it did boost my energy levels a bit, I felt really jittery and it worsened my insomnia. It kind of acted as a stimulant in my case with more negative than positive results, unfortunately. Guest guest
Prior to learning about Recup/Lectrolyte (along time back!) I did try Acetyl L Carnitine by Pro Health. I found it to be MOST helpful with memory, but NOT with digestion; food would go 'right through ' me. I'd not hasdany digestive problems before that and did not after discontinuing the L Canitine stuff. I need my nourishment! Now the Lectrolyte seems to benefit not only the pain-thing I formerly had for years with FM, but it seems to benefit the brain somehow as well. Hey, not 100% exactly, but a whole lot better. My muscles have also become a whole lot stronger! Guest guest
I switched from A-L-Carnitine to L-Carnitine a while ago after Al M. on this list said it increased catalase activity. I think I feel a little stronger on the L-Carnitine. Steve B. ferynnghee <razorbkdog@...> wrote: Prior to learning about Recup/Lectrolyte (along time back!)
