Guest guest
Hi, Id be interested to hear from others who have tried experimenting with low dose creatine. I have taken it a fewtimes now with many days apart. I think I have had alittle increased energy and especially increased temperature, even though I havent measured it. I have noticed in the past whenever i have better temperature I am able to do more. Anyone else? Per

Guest guest
Hi, Its a while ago now, I dont remember the exact details. I took a very small dose, tip of a teaspoon with a couple of days apart.Had some interesting effects like those mentioned. Also observed some undesirable effects after a while which led me to stop it. I dont remember exactly what it was now, but one thing was that I got this weird pain in palms. Maybe not significant but it did not feel right. I also suspect my bottle may have not been of the best quality. It was twinlab but bought on discount and the label looked cheap, maybe a copy product, I dunno. Saw an interesting study about creatine the other day. Not too much to find in possible relation to cfs though. p > What dosage do you take, for how long imbetween gaps and what are the > recent observations? > > > > > > Hi, Id be interested to hear from others who have tried experimenting > > with low dose creatine. > > I have taken it a fewtimes now with many days apart.
