Thank you! I really appreciate all of your help. It's so confusing

to me. I have a lot of cognitive problems from CFS and Fibro. Isn't

whey used to help your immune system and to give you energy? Would it

kind of detox my system, or should I use something else? I've been

sick with both for over 20 years now. I know it will take a while to

get to feeling better. I'd at least like to be able to not be

housebound anymore.
