As long as a product has been made at a > low temperature, then it's still non-denatured?? Designer Whey is a great product for a quick replacement " meal " , shakes and smoothies, adding to one's protein requirements, etc. However, it is not anywhere near the same class as the non-denatured wheys that are discussed here for immune boosting/healing properties. It's kind of like discussing apples and oranges with these two completely different whey products. For helping heal CFS/FM/ME, only the non-denatured wheys are helpful. Guest guest
Well actually the manufacturers of SAM-e do NOT suggest taking it in the evening, because it does not help sleep at all, on the contrary, it is supposed to enhance vitality and therefore you might find some problems falling asleep if you take it at night. The opposite for 5-HTP, you can use that to sleep at night. Massimo Re: Whey Protein -- How much do you get in a scoop?-- " j mascis " " Whey is a natural dairy protein that is derived from the cheese making process. Most commercial whey supplements are derived from cow's milk, which is comprised of 6.25% protein: 20% in the form of whey. Whey protein supplements utilize the concentrated protein, eliminating the lactose and milk fat making it a remarkable source of protein. " http://www.designerwhey.com/ This is from the designer whey site. I don't see where it says or how it could be non-denatured. Unless a whey is made specifically for the good stuff, it's going to be denatured. The cheap, commercial wheys are not going to be the same as the wheys mentioned on this list. I don't know how much is contained in a container, if you google the info provided I'm sure it says there. Add quotation marks, " the true whey " , for example, to search for an exact phrase. I think for sleep sam-e and the tryptophan/gaba might help. > > > > They are better because they are non denatured.
