You can use as much water as you want. What kind of whey protein are

you getting? If you are getting ImmunePro or ImmuPlus (one of the

better ones), I would start w/ maybe a quarter of a scoop. Some

people have had problems starting out w/ a full scoop, but they mostly

have been able to build up from a small amount to a full scoop.

Even ImmunePro decreased the size of their scoop from I believe

10 grams to 5 grams due to the reports of starting to high.

***If this is the first time you are taking Whey protein and you believe you

are toxined up.

Take a very low dosage - forget the scoop - take a 1/4 of a teaspoon and

then build up as your body may not be able to handle the HERX reaction.
