Guest guest
You can use as much water as you want. What kind of whey protein are you getting? If you are getting ImmunePro or ImmuPlus (one of the better ones), I would start w/ maybe a quarter of a scoop. Some people have had problems starting out w/ a full scoop, but they mostly have been able to build up from a small amount to a full scoop. Even ImmunePro decreased the size of their scoop from I believe 10 grams to 5 grams due to the reports of starting to high. Mike C > > I'm about to buy my first Whey Protein. Sue ***If this is the first time you are taking Whey protein and you believe you are toxined up. Take a very low dosage - forget the scoop - take a 1/4 of a teaspoon and then build up as your body may not be able to handle the HERX reaction.
