Guest guest
Dear friends, I see that vit. B are prescribed to every CFS sufferer, but on the other hand they say also that B12 feeds candida. So, at the end, what's the best thing to do, feed candida or protect nerves and so on? Guest guest
I know that I used to have candida, but since I cut out sugars/bad carbs, white flour products, no more candida, and I think I take a relatively high dose of B-Complex. -Wendi B Vitamins and Candida Dear friends, I see that vit. Bypass the GI where candida feeds and do all the Bs IM until your levels are down.
Guest guest
+1 with Duckblossom. I did IM vitamin injections for awhile and they helped some. The B vits hurt btw. The current DAN recommendation is to " clean up the gut " first, then supplement. Otherwise the dysbiotic bugs (candida) will just eat the vitamins anyway. After years of experience, I believe this is probably true. Cleaning up the gut is supposed to entail probiotics, digestive enzymes, and possibly some anti-fungals, among other things. I am only going by the Pangborn/Baker book, not in depth experience. Interestingly, the B vit. B6 is recommended before gut clean up. I never seemed to have much of an issue with it, dysbiosis wise either. B12 is recommended by injection as Methlycobalamin. I do think the B vitamins feed dysbiosis if it a problem. I also think many of our gut problems (including dsybiosis) are of a chronic nature. They can be helped by treatment, but they aren't the problem. They are a reflection of the problem - whatever that is.
Guest guest
That was someone else's query not mine.
