Is here a shortcut to fixing one's methylation system or does one have to do the

whole Yasko protocol?

I got the sense that one could supplement with Sam-e and folinic acid .. and

that might be sufficient.

I've been reluctant to plunge into the whole Yasko thing, esp. without some

professional help.
