Guest guest
Hi, Louella. Perhaps you got too much cysteine, which is one of the amino acids that make up glutathione. Some of the glutathione is cycled through the gammaglutamyl cycle, which takes it apart. Cysteine is a neurotoxin when present in high amounts. If this is it, it should pass as it is metabolized. Guest guest
Thanks Rich. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I'm clutching at straws here... but maybe B12? Guest guest
Louella: In the past I would get a bad headache whenever I took a tablespoon of lipo gsh on a bad day (poor sleep, already feeling extra fatigued, etc.) Ironically, a GSH suppository on a bad day would actually help relieve a headache - works just like an aspirin Al --- louella monrovia <lmonrovia@...> wrote: > Hi all > > I took a whole bottle of Liploflow glutathione and > methyl B12 the other day,,and my head has felt wierd > ever since. > > I feel alert but can't think clearly. Perhaps you should take loads of water and vitamin C and take things very easy. I have been reading some reports on another list of people being badly affected by lipoceutical GSH so I think one needs to go very slowly with it. It is possible they had IVs I am not sure.
