Guest guest
Hi I just got teh results of my heavy metals test back. This was not a challenge test, just a 24-hour urine collection sample. (GenovationS) The results: Lead was 3x the upper end of normal. Aluminum was 4x the upper end. Thallium and Rubidium *(?) were high too. I've been rehabbing in the past 6 months...stripping old paint.. so that could explain the lead. Can't account for the other 3. I'm a little freaked out by the aluminum..Parkinson's /Alzheimer's and all that.. Unsure how to proceed? Maybe more tests...hair and challenge test.. Then either chelation (EDTA) .. which i'm not keen on or teh Yasko protocol maybe. In fact, I'm wondering if the results could be because my body is dumping this stuff because I've finally got my detox pathyways working .. by using glutathione. But that's just guesswork. Any input appreciated. Louella __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Louella, I would love to see that kind of heavy metal pull from my body. I would try the EDTA. Dr. Amy does use that in her practice, but you might want to look at supporting your body while you go thru it.
