Hi,

I was wanting to ask this of you all.

A while back, I read Rudedog89/Teena'A while back, I read R

craved meat all the time. I also experience this. I was wondering if

anyone else feels this way, and if you do, do you take l-carnitine,

or if you DID experience this, and started taking l-carnitine and

experienced a change.

While looking for this article, I also saw a mention of meat being

the primary B-12 source, so that could be it too.

This article got me thinking more about taking supplements,

currently I don't take any except for whey, and it sounds pretty

good. I don't have a lot of money to spend, so I'd rather get

some 'core' supplements.

Are there any others than CoQ10, l-carnitine, d-ribose, etc. that

you would consider 'essential', ie that have helped you? I'm also

wanting a multi-mineral, that would account for a mag. supplement.

Thanks a lot.

This is the approach i took :

my regime:

1) Diet - no wheat or dairy or carbs for around 12 months

2) Raising Glutathione & thyroid - Whey Protein

3) Killing infections - Lactoferrin, Coconut oil, Manuka Honey

4) Improving adrenals - Licorice, Salt

5) Liver / Gallbladder flush - Olive oil, Grapefruit juice, Turmeric, Apple

juice, Probiotics, Lecithin

6) Improving digestion - Probiotics, Digestive enzyme with oxbile

7) Bladder Cleanse - OPC's rich fruits

8) Heavy Metals - Coriander herb, Chlorella/ Garlic

9) Kidney Cleanse - Parsley, Lemon juice, Magnesium, Probiotics

10)Fatty Liver / Gallbladder - Lecithin, GLA, Chlorella, Probitics &

Olive oil, Grapefruit juice, Turmeric, Apple juice, Lecithin, Coffee

11) Vits and Minerals - Vits, Mins, Cod liver oil(Vit A), Zinc, GLA

12) Colonics, Coffee Enemas, Saunas

Regards
