Guest guest
jenn, i don't know where you read this, either, but could it be that the source was someone with ties to the canola/vegetable oil industry? they are in general very busy promoting canola and/or rapeseed oil for food use, when those oils should be used to fuel your diesels, and have absolutely no place in a human diet. i've used virgin coconut oil for about two years now, and from the way my health is i'd say that it doesn't prohibit the growth of good bugs at all. in fact, my whole family has far less health problems nowadays, and i'm absolutely certain that the introduction of VCO and the elimination of vegetable oils has a lot to do with that. claudia --- Jim and Jen <jlessard@...> wrote: > Sheri, > I don't know where I read this now but, I need > to tell you.
