Guest guest
Mercola has a good article here that rates doctors as the number ONE leading cause of death: http://www.mercola.com/2003/jan/15/doctors_drugs.htm Kay RE: OT: Iatrogenic death while Chelating " Medicine is now a high risk industry, like aviation. But, the chance of dying in an aviation accident is one in 2 million, while the risk of dying from a medical accident is one in 200! " --Dr. Leape of the Harvard Medical School of Public Health Iatrogenic death is the third leading cause of death in Americans following heart disease and cancer. This is another uncomfortable outrageous medical fact never talked about in the news or by our physicians. It may have been bumped to fourth at some point with new statistics, but would that really make too much of a difference at this point? I remember it being the fourth leading cause of death several years ago. I doubt very much that this grim medical situation has improved as they rarely do. As the number of drugs and medical procedures increase; so will the odds for death; it's a given. You can't be too careful. If you have to go through any type of medical procedure or take drugs, you must micro-manage your care; it's a matter of life or death.
