When we start someone with acidophilous (the brand I use also has bifidus),

we start slowly so there's no gastric issues and other problems.

The product I use is In-Liven Probiotic from One Group

truly wonderful. Certified organic too, by the Australian Certified Organic

(ACO) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to the highest

international food standards ... .

There are no gastric issues that you mention either when using this product.

The ingredients are as follows:
