OT: Birth Control, wasRe: New Pill will eliminate menstruation

Well, I used, for awhile the cervical cap (not a diaphragm, fits tighter).

Supposed to use spermicide but I never did as the fit was so tight. Hard

to get out though, for me.

And some swear by other natural methods such as temperature, secretions,

etc. But I can't speak about them.

It is a challenge, that is for sure. The easiest for us is a vasectomy for

the man, but that may not be good for him either.
