Guest guest
Hi there I have looked online, but can't find the answer to my question, so thought I would ask it here, given that you are all so full of information. We have a second home out by Yosemite that is on a well. The water is very high in manganese and we also have a water filter that uses potassium. We are also at 3000 feet. Whenever we are there our little one (not 5 months) has a much harder time sleeping. I am also much more gassy when we are there, as is she. We don't eat anything different, so I am wondering if it may have to do with the water (which I drink tons of) or the altitude. Does anyone have any info on high manganese/potassium intake or altitude? Thanks C
