That's exactly the reason my daughter became a vegetarian almost 5 years ago.

Her teacher told the class what was in hotdogs (dd was 11 at the time). From

that day on, she quit eating hotdogs, and within a month or 2 she quit eating

meat altogether!

So, I'm willing to bet MOST kids don't have a clue as to what is really in

hotdogs.

To keep this on topic. She also HATES shots, and was thrilled when she learned

about 5 years ago that she would never get any more vaccines (if I could help

it!) nor anymore antibiotic shots or anything of that nature.
