Guest guest Posted March 1, 2002 Report Share Posted March 1, 2002 I knew it was coming, but somehow I held out hope that Cigna would grow a clue and/or a brain and just magically approve us :-( They are using the its "experimental" and "cosmetic" excuses. Yeah...right...whatever! What is the next move? I have yet to go to plagiocephaly.org to read about insurance/appeals, etc. I guess I should do that, huh? *rolling eyes* So besides that, we need to figure out where the money will come from to proceed NOW with the DOC band. The payment plan is, well....not very "user friendly" LOL DH and I need to sit down and discuss whether or not to ask our parents for it, put it on a credit card (yikes! we just got OUT of debt!), or borrow from a personal loan (better interest rate than the credit card, but its still debt, kwim?). Any advice, suggestions, words of wisdom and encouragement? We have Cigna HMO and we are in the greater Dallas area (Denton, to be exact). Thanks!
