Guest guest
But her immune system is probably that much stronger for it. It's like building our muscles up; they have to be stretched and worked out to get stronger. And from this little boy in the OP, he had swollen feet. I've never heard of Scarlet Fever causing swollen feet. It sounds like something more ominous may be going on. Poor baby. Kay Re: OT-Question about Rash and Swollen Feet in 20 month old. > > This is why ANTIBIOTICS are so dangerous. > Yes, it is probably a reaction. Or could it possibly be Scarlet fever? My daughter had that and it sounds a lot likeit. She had it before we took her to the ER and they put her on anti-biotics. Of course by then it was too late, anti- biotics only tend to work for strep and prevent scarlet fever if given in the first week. If I would have known that I would not even have bothered then but I didn't. Lots I did not know then and still do not. So Crystal had scarlet fever for the next 3 weeks.... poor kid. Guest guest
I was thinking maybe some kind of inflamatory autoimmune response. Vaccines and a/b's can cause this couldn't they? I hope he will be ok whatever it is. Anita KPhilpot <KPhilpot@...> wrote: But her immune system is probably that much stronger for it. Certainly could be, but the child has been on antibiotics. But antibiotics are SUPPRESIVE And if you could have treated Crystal with homeopathy she would have done very well, probably.
