Guest guest
Hi , I just wanted to send you a big hug. Today's my birthday too, for the last couple of years since a big crash my tactic has been ignoring it, but yes, I do that because my pain would otherwise be completely disabling. I've been ill since childhood and over 30 years. I just wanted to give you a little bit of hope, and say that at 23, you are less than a third of the way through your life. There are so may years ahead of you, to enjoy the sort of life you'd like to lead. You're actively working to find ways to help yourself, even with my prolonged illness I sincerely believe that I have the potential to unlock good health, it's just finding that special key. And living with a condition like this has taught me so much, (and not just how much I want to be vigourously healthy :-), surely that has to be an asset for my future healthier life - and you too? I'm sending you lots of good thoughts, --- In , " manuel_hbr " > By the way, it's my birthday (23) today and I feel so miserable > because I know that another year went by and I did not recover at > all.
