Guest guest
Hi All, Not only that but Babesia thrives on oxygen . . . in fact I have been taking a few oxygen supplements and drinking Penta water and noticed that I am now anemic .. . not sure if it has to do with the Babesia feeding on the oxygen and in turn growing and taking over my red blood cells making me anemic or because I am detoxing metals and when that happens it pulls minerals too. Any thoughts? Best wishes, Sue T
Guest guest
This is not necessarily true that babesia thrives on oxygen. A few strains seem to grow in oxygen and others don't. People have this misconception because babesia wants the heme in the red blood cell. That doesn't mean it wants oxygen. > > Hi All, > Not only that but Babesia thrives on oxygen . . . in fact I have been taking a few oxygen supplements and drinking Penta water and noticed that I am now anemic . . not sure if it has to do with the Babesia feeding on the oxygen and in turn growing and taking over my red blood cells making me anemic or because I am detoxing metals and when that happens it pulls minerals too. > Any thoughts? > Best wishes, > Sue T > > >
Guest guest
Hi Jill Small world! I think I remember that you had Lyme. I'm working with EBV and possibly other viruses .....and I'm wondering if oxygen would be beneficial for me. Any thoughts? ie.. is the treatment specific for Lyme? Is there any place I can dig up some more info on this? And do u have an email address for Lance? Thanks and Cheers Louella --------------------------------- Stay in the know. Pulse on the new .com. Guest guest
I don't think its a microbe specific treatment. I think it helps tissues heal, oxygenates the blood and tissues, helps mitochondrial problems common in CFS. Email me privately for Lance's #. > > Hi Jill > > Small world! > > I think I remember that you had Lyme. Guest guest
Oh, I am happy to hear that from you. I was going to privately email to ask, but am glad you saw the post and responded. I was a bit horrified that the chamber might be actually giving some of these bugs their reason for living. Yikes. jill1313 <jenbooks13@...> wrote: This is not necessarily true that babesia thrives on oxygen. A few strains seem to grow in oxygen and others don't. Guest guest
Hi Jill, Thanks for your response . . I have the WA-1 Babesia. I understand that Lead inhibits Heme someway. So from what I understand low Iron can actually be caused indirectly from Lead posiioning. It is a bit of a catch 22 because in order to get rid of toxic metals you loose minerals and metals that you need. I can't take Iron cause it feeds bad bacteria so . . I feel a bit trapped. Guest guest
Well, hon, I must tell you that it probably does make certain bugs thrive. So...that's one reason I don't use it every day. It's a balancing act. > > > > Hi All, > > Not only that but Babesia thrives on oxygen . . . in fact I have > been taking a few oxygen supplements and drinking Penta water and > noticed that I am now anemic . . not sure if it has to do with the > Babesia feeding on the oxygen and in turn growing and taking over my > red blood cells making me anemic or because I am detoxing metals and > when that happens it pulls minerals too. > > Any thoughts? > > Best wishes, > > Sue T > > > > > >
Guest guest
I'm now doing an hour every other day. And Dr. B has me starting antifungals. Eyes, fingers and toes all crossed for luck. jill1313 <jenbooks13@...> wrote: Well, hon, I must tell you that it probably does make certain bugs thrive. Guest guest
Good. What are you taking in terms of antifungals? Guest guest
I'm going to start with nystatin then try to add diflucan if I can tolerate them. I'm having them compounded to be sure there's nothing else there that I might react to. I pick them up today. I seem to remember you saying you had trouble with antifungals, yes? jill1313 <jenbooks13@...> wrote: Good. What are you taking in terms of antifungals? Guest guest
Yes I have trouble. Probably because I have so much fungus in me. I may try to start on caprylic acid in very tiny doses. There was a time I took it every day and it was really useful. Right now diflucan is too hard to tolerate; years ago it was fine. Guest guest
Isn't that what these drugs are designed for? I just looked up definition of fungus and molds and yeasts were there as well. Dr. B is trying to knock out some molds with them and I assumed that meant fungus as well. So if you have gobs of fungus the meds won't do the job? When you took it everyday could you tell by how you felt that it was useful? Just curious, trying to see ahead a bit at what to expect. He feels that the chamber isn't helping me because of the mold problem. jill1313 <jenbooks13@...> wrote: Yes I have trouble. Probably because I have so much fungus in me. Guest guest
I just looked up caprylic acid as well and see it's abundant in butterfat. Well, That's good because I eat about a cube of butter every few days....I love the stuff and I'm so thin I wish it would put some weight on, but it doesn't. I'm allergic to cocoanut unfortunetly. I did see where some folks on the list were very happy with it for yeast issues. jill1313 <jenbooks13@...> wrote: Yes I have trouble. Probably because I have so much fungus in me. Guest guest
I use Yeast Cleanse (Soloray brand), which contains Caprylic acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract, D'Arco, etc.,....it has been very effective for me for candida problems..Have not had to use any prescription drugs for antifungal issues, since use of the above.
