Xanthan gum, a thickener, is made by fermentation of a microorganism

(xanthamanas compestris). Has anyone, with allergies/sensitivities to

mold or fermented products, had adverse reactions to xanthan gum? Les

Yes, I don't tolerate it at all. My allergies/sensitivities include mold and

fermented products.
