Guest guest
Hi Rich Thanks, I wasn't sure but thought it likely. I went back onto metafolin recently and what a difference; a good one I might add. I am already taking TMG, sublingual B12, and P5P. I was tested for b vit metabolism by Dr at Biolab many years ago (late 80s early 90s), the results make even more sense now. Thank you also for your contributions here; especially the list you provided which we can use to help us decide whether inherited blocks or weaknesses in methylation etc is relevant to us. It's encouraged me to learn more and I'm sure it's helped others.
