What is the Best Way to a Healthy Colon?

I know that I, possibly, have a genetic weakness for unhealthy colon

health..it goes back, at least 4 generations, with Constipation being

the primary symptom. My grandfather ate healthily, with greens from

his garden, but still had this problem..I think that my mother suffered

through her diseases, because of her lack of good digestion/unhealthy

colon and resultant lack of good intestinal health..

With that in mind, what are the best ways to solve this problem..

I use Betaine Hydrochloride (had Achlorhydria on Heidelberg testing),

which has improved digestion..

I use Probiotics..

I am on a high protein/low carb diet..I get plenty of fiber through the

foods I eat.

I use Fish Oil/Coenzyme Q/10, which is helping with Mitochondria..energy

But I still have to use MOM (Milk of Magnesia) to bowel tolerance..and

as much Magnesium Glycinate/Mag.Malaate, as needed for healthy stools..

I plan to start Juicing/imbibing as much greens, as possible, but I,

already eat a lot of green vegetables. Will this help?

I am using Lipo Glutathione, right now, but it was hot when delivered,

and have not had a reaction, yet.

I had used the supplements that are considered precursors for building

Glutathione for about 2-3 years, without apparent success.

Is nebulized gluathione, or some other glutathione a better method? or

should I just get tested, now, via Yasko's route?

My most useful supplements, in the past...

Transfer Factor for Targeted Viruses

Olive Leaf Extract

GSE/ Yeast Cleanse

Pregnenolone

Magnesium Glycinate/Malatte

Digestive Enzymes

Fish Oil

Coenzyme Q/10

Niacin

How many people have had colonics?..I have heard mixed stories on the

use of this...who is for them, and what is the best method?
