I don't know really. It's all the same feeling with no discernable connection

that I can figure. I'm stumped, and very uncomfortable. I can't thank everyone

enough for all the help. Now that's comforting.

In appreciation, Edy

Hi Edy,

Any connection between what you wrote below about the soles of your

feet itching (in thread " histamines " ) and what you wrote back in July

about the soles of the feet?

Just something I noticed and wondered about. Just a thought.

Re: Crashing-Does Anyone Have this Symptom???

Hi Janet,

Well, could be. I know that if you rub garlic on the soles of your

feet

within a half hour you'll have it on your breath. True fact. Have you

thought

about the detox foot pads that , the betterhealthguy has talked

about. I

actually got some, but since I don't know if this is an allergic

reaction to

something or not I'm reluctant to put even herbs on my skin. Maybe

Rich or Kurt

have some input on this one.

I'm on hormones, too, and it stopped the foot burning quickly. I use

an

estrogen patch .05 and progesterone cream. Bioidentical. They seem to

work

well. It really does hurt doesn't it?! Been there, done that. Good

Luck, Edy

55. My daughter swears it's the chemtrails and I think it started

when I did so many antibiotics. Do your palms and soles of your feet

feel like poison oak and do you itch all over your whole body? I've

never had an allergy like I said so I don't actually know what the

symptoms are. I already take 5 grams of C a day. Should I add more

do you think? Thanks, Edy

I dunno, Edy. It just struck me that if you knew that garlic put on

the soles of the feet will manifest in breath or taste, then that

must be some kind of " route " in the body. So, by that kind of

reasoning, wouldn't something ingested in whatever way it's ingested

also manifest as toxin released through the soles of the feet, aka

itchy allergy symptoms, if the thing ingested was something you were

allergic to?

Didn't someone else here say, too, that the soles of the feet are a

point of detox for the body? I thought I remembered that.

I'm not sure what you're eating and drinking (or if that's the way

the ingested thing is getting into you), but I guess I'd first try to

fast and then start eating again, but only one thing at a time, to

see what it is that's aggravating my body. And while I was not

eating and then reintroducing foods, one at a time, I would drink

tons of water to " flush. "

Far be it for to offer advice to anyone though. That's only

what I can figure I'd do if presented with this awful situation

you've got. I sure hope you feel better soon.

Why not offering advice? It sounds very practical to me. The thing you

remember about soles detox is from the betterhealthguy. He recommended the foot

detox pads in his newsletter. I actually bought some, but since they have herbs

in them and I'm not clear about the trigger I thought better of using them for a

bit.

Well, 's not very experienced or knowledgeable...that's why,

Edy! :)

I just read your " soles of the feet " thing and I always think we

should be actually listening better to our bodies and what they're

telling us (in the only ways that they can communicate).

I think what I would do is try to be grateful that my feet are talking

to me, even if I'm not wild about the language they're choosing to

speak in (itches that are driving me mad!). ( " Hello down there...you

can shut up now...I got the message! " ) You gotta psyche yourself into

this.

What do you do? Answer your feet with kindness by keeping them open

to free air, so they can keep doing their job? No shoes? Cotton

socks if you must? Soak to keep your feet loose and open and easing

the ick out? Drinking plenty of good pure water (whatever that is

aymore and where you get it). And stop ingesting, I guess, till it

clears and you can reintroduce all over again? Sounds like a pain in

the keester to me, but maybe better a pain in the keester than itchy

tootsies?

What ARE you going to do? I don't think I could (literally) sit still

long enough to do tests and have other rigamarole done to find

scientific answers. What will you do?

I hope I didn't say that. It sure doesn't sound like anything I would say.

And yes, I'm thinking of stopping everything but yams, which I haven't had in

ages so know there's no problem and going from there. You're intuition is

always welcome.

Nil mentioned a 'rash' sometimes occurring on her hands as well. I

used to be married to a doctor, many years before getting ill with

CFS, and he was 'fascinated' once when I developed a rash

simultaneously on my feet, hands and in my mouth - do you have it in

your mouth, too? He asked around at the hospital where he worked and

felt rather stupid when someone said that of course it was

hand-foot-and-mouth-disease, which is a sackie virus infection. I

believe in Great Britain they recognize the possible role of

sackie viruses in CFS, and that sackie viruses, like the herpes

viruses, can enter the brain, heart and other organs and, also like

the herpes viruses, can remain latent for years and reactivate in

conditions that can cause other viruses to reactivate. I think this

is also true of the polio-like enteroviruses, and whereas we in the

US have pharmaceuticals to keep the herpes-family viruses in check

there is -nothing- to keep the sackie and enteroviruses from

reactivation. I quite believe that in my case sackie and

enteroviruses may play a role, although I've never had that same rash

again. I periodically take astralagus, oil of oregano, olive leaf

extract and other supposed herbal antivirals, but I have no

information (but would like it if you have it) as to whether these

have any effect on sackie or enteroviruses. Nil's mention of hands

and feet got close to the sackie picture. . .

The only Natrol product I use if the Ester C powder and it's very clean of all

but the actual supplements. And I'm like a maniac about nothing in my

supplements. I haven't thought about meat because everything I've read says no

one is allergic to it, but who knows? I haven't had sugar in years. Thank you

all for your help. I can see this isn't just a fluke on me, but a lot of you

have similar itching issues. I'm sorry, but it's slightly comforting for me.

Sorry, Edy

Hi Eddy.

I read that you are using natrol products. Some of Natrol products contain

some excipients that some PWC's like myself can not digest.Like magnesium

stearate.I am thinking you need to be careful on what you ingest. You also

need detox. I also have itching at soles of my feet, skin also breaks out. I

had this problem since beginning of 2004.As far as I noticed this happens

for me when I ingest meat especially also sugar.I am also careful with

supplement excipients. Prefer using powdered forms, natural ones, veggie

capsules.

Eddy and all

I am wondering what this itching at soles of feet and skin break out may be

due to. it happens to me severely when I eat meat. I eat meat at noon and at

night soles of my feet really bother me. I am wondering what the compound

which is creating problem could be? Ammonia? Histamine?I really tend to

think it is not histamine as it is not all over my body but only at soles of

my feet and when it gets more serious at soles of my hand. It seems to me as

if this is an sign of toxicity. Does anyone have any idea on what the

related toxic compound could be? Or related toxicity?

Thanks.

I don't think my meat problem is allergic one.I am thinking it is due to

toxic substances being generated due to my low gut function?Undigested

protein,or related.. My problem is worse when i have red meat.Do you have

digestive system problems. If not, eliminate this possibility.

Soups, Edy? What kind? Canned or dried, packaged? Think " additive. "

>

food is paste. Tho I've had such slow motility in the past that I eat

very blandly soft foods and that seems to go through fairly fast.

Smoothies, soups and chew, chew, chew.
